This adapter is compatible with old and new national standards, and the entire series is compatible with all national standard models below 750V. This product is extremely suitable for domestic car companies, car dealers, etc. to export domestic models overseas and achieve barrier-free, safe and fast DC charging.
Quality requirements and technical standards:
The products shall be supplied according to Party B’s factory standards or general industry standards or national standards.
If Party A has other requirements for the product, it shall promptly notify Party B within 2 working days. If Party A fails to notify Party B in time, it will be deemed to be supplied in accordance with Party B’s factory standards; if Party B asks Party A for specific requirements, Party A must Reply within working days. If Party A fails to reply or delays replying, causing Party B’s delivery to be delayed, Party B will not be deemed to have breached the contract.
Party A should fill out the “Charging Converter Demand Questionnaire (DC Type)” in advance, and it is prohibited to hang converter products on charging piles in any form.
warranty period:
Party A provides a one-year free warranty under normal use. Free repairs are provided for failures due to product quality problems, but the cost of the required parts (except for natural disasters and man-made damage) will be charged based on the date on the product nameplate or maintenance certificate. ; Party B does not provide door-to-door service, and Party A will bear the freight for warranty service. Party A agrees that the converter product will not provide return or exchange service, and Party B will only provide domestic after-sales service during the warranty period.
The converter product is only for charging and recharging by individual car owners. Charging testing, development and research, imitation and plagiarism, etc. are not within the scope of normal use. Party B does not provide any after-sales service, and even causes losses to Party B. Party B reserves the right to pursue legal compensation.
